KONWEYOUR
The conveyor secondary cleaner is an important equipment in the conveyor belt cleaning system, usually installed in the middle of the conveyor belt or near the drum, used to further clean fine particles, wet and sticky materials that the primary cleaner cannot completely remove, as well as attachments on non working surfaces of the conveyor belt.
The main function of the secondary cleaner is to further clean the residual fine particles and wet sticky materials on the conveyor belt based on the primary cleaner, ensuring the thorough cleaning of the conveyor belt. Through deep cleaning, the problems of conveyor belt slippage and deviation caused by material residue are reduced, improving the operating efficiency and stability of the conveyor belt, while reducing the wear of materials on the conveyor belt and drum, and extending the service life of the equipment
Efficient cleaning: The secondary cleaner is made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials such as polyurethane and alloy, which can effectively remove fine particles and wet sticky materials on the conveyor belt.
Strong adaptability: able to adapt to cleaning needs under different working conditions, suitable for different material properties, humidity, and conveying speeds.
Low noise: The noise generated during operation is relatively low and will not cause noise pollution to the working environment.
Diversified materials: The scraper material of the secondary cleaner is diverse, including polyurethane and alloy materials, to meet different cleaning needs.
Adjustable pressure: Some secondary cleaners are designed with adjustable pressure devices that can adjust the contact pressure between the scraper and the conveyor belt according to the tension of the conveyor belt and the properties of the material, in order to achieve the best cleaning effect.
Easy to maintain: The structural design usually facilitates maintenance and replacement of components such as scrapers, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
The secondary cleaner is usually installed below the discharge drum, about 10-1000mm away from the belt from the drum. When used in conjunction with a primary cleaner, the cleaning effect can reach over 90%.
