The head primary belt cleaner includes heavy hammer scraper type, polyurethane HP type, hard alloy HP type, hard alloy cleaner N type, and roller brush structure, installed at the discharge drum pulley to clean the sticky material on the working surface of the conveyor belt. The P-type polyurethane belt cleaner and N-type hard alloy belt cleaner can be installed on bidirectional belt conveyors. The rotary roller brush belt cleaner is installed on the patterned belt conveyor and conveyor belt washing device.
Polyurethane belt cleaners should be preferred, and when the conveyor belt is severely stuck, hard alloy HP type scraper belt cleaner can be used.
