The main materials of heat-resistant conveyor belts include rubber cotton canvas, polyester cotton cloth, and polyester canvas. These materials are usually covered with high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber and bonded together through high-temperature vulcanization. Heat resistant conveyor belts are suitable for transporting high-temperature materials such as coke, cement, slag, and hot castings below 175 ℃.
Rubber cotton canvas: It has good heat resistance and can maintain stability in high temperature environments.
Polyester cotton fabric: It has high strength and heat resistance, suitable for use in high temperature environments.
Polyester canvas: It has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for working in high temperature environments for a long time.
Heat resistant conveyor belts are mainly used in industries such as metallurgy and construction to transport high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, coke, and cement clinker. Its operating temperature range is usually below 800 ℃, with a surface temperature not exceeding 220 ℃.
Heat resistant conveyor belts can be divided into ordinary heat resistant conveyor belts and strong heat resistant conveyor belts. The ordinary tropical resistant strong layer is polyester cotton canvas, while the strong tropical resistant layer has multiple options such as EP100 to EP500, suitable for different usage needs and environmental conditions.
