The materials of cold resistant conveyor belts mainly include polyester canvas, nylon canvas, cotton canvas, steel wire rope, specially customized PVC material, and PU material.
Cold resistant conveyor belts usually use polyester canvas, nylon canvas, cotton canvas, or steel wire rope as the belt core. The covering rubber uses a mixture of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, and the core rubber uses special rubber with good fabric adhesion, which can be used normally at low temperatures above -45 ℃.
The material of the cold resistant conveyor belt can also be specially customized PVC or PU materials, which are not easily hardened at low temperatures and can operate normally in environments ranging from -30 ℃ to -40 ℃.
High elasticity and impact resistance: The covering rubber is a mixture of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, which has high elasticity and impact resistance.
Good cold resistance: It can be used normally at temperatures above -45 ℃, and even withstand temperatures as low as minus 60 ℃.
