A large angle conveyor, also known as a wave type edge conveyor, large angle edge belt conveyor, or corrugated edge belt conveyor, is a special belt conveying equipment designed specifically for lifting bulk materials at large angles or even vertically. In terms of structure, the key component of a large angle conveyor is a specially designed wavy edge conveyor belt. When the motor starts and drives the belt to run, the material is loaded at the feeding end of the conveyor through devices such as loading buckets or loading funnels, and then the belt rises along the inclined section to accurately transport the material to the target position.
Regarding the inclination angle, the high inclination conveyor exhibits extremely high flexibility. The tilt angle can be adjusted between 20 degrees and 90 degrees according to actual needs, meeting the requirements of various complex working conditions.
