Application scenarios
Long distance conveyor (>100 meters): There is a high risk of deviation and continuous automatic centering is required.
Bidirectional conveying system: prevents deviation caused by direction switching during operation.
Tilted conveying section: Gravity force can easily cause displacement, and the taper roller can effectively balance it.
Selection and installation points
Taper selection: The common taper is 1:10 to 1:30, which needs to be adjusted according to the bandwidth, belt speed, and load.
Installation spacing: usually set every 30-50 meters or calculated according to empirical formulas.
Maintenance inspection: Regularly lubricate the rotating mechanism, remove the adhesive material on the surface of the rollers, and ensure flexible rotation.
